Hunting with Summers Pride Safaris is more than just a hunt; we offer a complete safari experience and whether you’re making your first trip to South Africa, returning or seeking a new game species we are dedicated to meeting your every need.

Based in the heart of the malaria-free Eastern Cape, our farm is near the Woody Cape Section of the Addo Elephant National Park and borders the largest dune field in the Southern Hemisphere, located about 43 miles northeast of Port Elizabeth. Just a short flight from major international airports, our region boasts coastal thickets, and grasslands which provide excellent hunting opportunities. We offer rifle hunting, bow, and cross-bow hunting as well as fishing, clay pigeon shooting, and private tours. We welcome hunters and observers and visitors of all ages, and skill levels.

Our hunting packages range from our exhilarating one-day hunts for those with limited time to longer 3-day to 7 day hunts. Custom packages can be made on request.

Should you select one of our longer hunts you’ll discover our “Nyala” bush lodge nestled within a beautiful coastal thicket, where rustic charm meets the essence of Africa. Enjoy a unique off-the-grid experience, featuring cozy en-suite rooms with gas geysers for warm showers and solar ports to keep your devices charged. At the end of the day, you’ll get to relax and sit around a mesmerising campfire to swap the day’s stories, enjoy a traditional South African braai, witness the magnificent African stars, and simply listen to the sounds of Africa.

All our packages include personal pick up and drop off from the airport, international harbour or your hotel in Port Elizabeth, use of our rifles, bows ammunition, and training/guidance (if required).
